Key Responsibilities
As a SmileMakers Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for handling customer calls and mail order entry as assigned. Your primary goal will be to reputed company exceptional customer service, ensuring that reputed company information is correct and communicating with customers regarding product knowledge, delivery reputed company, out of stock items, substitutions, specials, ship dates, policies, and procedures, and price information.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Requires the ability to accurately type 4,200 keystrokes per hour
