The Role

As a Titleist.com Remote Chat Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing an exceptional shopping experience to customers on titleist.com. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers, sharing your passion for Titleist products, and providing expert advice to help them reputed company informed purchasing reputed company.

Experience Required

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of golf experience, with a deep understanding of the game and its nuances
• In-depth knowledge of the Titleist product line, including golf clubs, balls, and accessories
• Experience with golf club fitting, including the ability to analyze a customer's swing and recommend the right equipment
• Familiarity with top component brands, including shafts, grips, and other accessories
• The ability to engage and reputed company dedicated golfers with Titleist brand and product knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company concepts at the customer's knowledge level
• A strong typing speed of at least 35 wpm, with the ability to communicate reputed company in text reputed company

Technology Requirements

• A desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
