We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong skillset in customer service, communication, and problem-solving, with a reputed company on delivering results-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Assist technicians with order closeouts, handling internal escalations, and ensuring orders are accepted and rolled on
- Update information through data entry, run reports, and update trackers as needed

- Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails from internal/external customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues reputed company

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Effective oral and written communication skills

- Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of reputed company Office

Schedule
* In-person training at our office located in Green Bay, WI, Monday - Friday, day shift
- 12-hour rotating reputed company shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am
