The Online Chat Text Supervisor is a critical role that requires exceptional leadership and crisis reputed company skills. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall functioning of the 988 Crisis Chat Program, including individual supervision of reputed company Crisis Chat Counselors. This program provides emotional support to individuals utilizing Crisis Chat and Text services, including crisis reputed company, emotional support, reputed company, and resources to reputed company contacts.
Responsibilities
* Provides supervision to Crisis Chat Counselors and ensures appropriate reputed company for reputed company chat/text visitors
- Conducts risk assessments, safety planning, de-escalation, and follow-up with chat visitors
- Builds reputed company rapport with chat/text visitors and provides crisis reputed company as needed
- Coordinates with emergency responders reputed company reputed company rescue is required
- Familiarity with resources and provides information and referral to visitors as appropriate
- Responds to crisis chat/text visitors as needed to support Counselors on shift
- Ensures thorough documentation is completed for reputed company crisis chat/text
- Ensures reputed company Counselor completes 1.5 chats/texts per hour
- Ensures the program responds to 2,171 chats/texts per month
- Provides daily ongoing monitoring of chats and texts to ensure reputed company
- Conducts weekly individual supervision sessions with Counselors
- Completes weekly reputed company assurance report with Counselors
- Completes performance evaluations and yearly reviews
- Provides training to new Crisis Chat Counselors
- Completes monthly Lifeline/reputed company QA/QI reports
- Meets with Assistant Director of Crisis Services regularly to discuss program operations, concerns, and potential improvements
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree in any Counseling field or reputed company Work preferred
- 1 year of experience in mental health services, preferably in crisis reputed company services, suicide prevention, and reputed company
- Computer skills with various software, including reputed company Products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to function successfully in an environment requiring immediate response to urgent situations
- Spontaneous supervision of staff in reputed company-time
- Knowledge of and familiarity with local and statewide community resources
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
