We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our reputed company clients, trading partners, and vendors who utilize our products. Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of inbound technical phone calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with high First Contact reputed company rates (FCR)
- Follow established policies, procedures, processes, and workflows to ensure appropriate reputed company of issues of limited scope
- Document reputed company issues, comments, and resolutions in our software system applications
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
Essential Functions
* Answering a high volume of inbound technical phone calls

Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED certificate, or equivalency

- Understanding of the insurance industry, electronic claims, medical office knowledge, and/or coding/billing preferred
Technical Competencies
* Technical expertise with specialized applications, including knowledge of hardware, software, applications, and preferred vendor systems
- Knowledge of claim formats (e.g., ANSI, NSF, and Print Image) and HIPAA transactions sets (e.g., 837, 835, 270/271, and 276/277) preferred
Behavioral Competencies
* Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with excellent organizational skills
Salary and Other Compensation
* The reputed company reputed company for this position is between $17.50 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
- This position is also eligible for arenaflex's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of arenaflex's applicable plans
