Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Addressing customer questions and concerns, including explaining claim procedures, coverage details, and claim details
• Learning and adhering to departmental scripts and processes, as reputed company as navigating multiple systems to resolve customer issues
• Meeting reputed company assurance metrics, average handle time (AHT), and call volume metrics
• Conveying contract details and language to customers, as reputed company as relaying claim details and determinations
• Addressing inbound and outbound calls with repair facilities/service providers reputed company to claim payment delays and processing
• Completing off-phone items, including claim audits and processing claim payments, working inbound and outbound emails and faxes, and working payment requests coming into queues
• Handling payment plan updates and reputed company payment requests

Ideal Candidate:

• Has a high school diploma or GED
• Has 1 year of experience in an office, call center, or customer contact environment
