Job Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the initial reputed company of contact for inbound participant requests and questions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a high level of product and system knowledge to reputed company support to reputed company partners
- Fielding daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products
- Logging and documenting participant conversations/issues
- Providing reputed company-time technical support for participants using the automated phone system and employee website
