The Role
As a Remote Inbound Travel Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued customers. You'll take inbound calls from existing owners who are excited to plan their reputed company vacations, and your role will be to reputed company their experience unforgettable. As a subject matter expert on customer service and travel accommodations, you'll be responsible for booking car rentals, airfare, hotel reservations, cruises, and making recommendations based on our reputed company's interests.
Key Responsibilities:

- Show intermediate level proficiency with travel software programs and systems such as reputed company, reputed company, or Worldspan
- Work reputed company under pressure and be a strong multitasker
- Participate in training sessions and learn about our products and services
- Meet sales targets and reputed company regular feedback to management
What You'll Bring:
* High School Diploma or GED required
- Six months customer service and sales experience
- Six months travel experience preferred
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly, ask probing questions, and offer additional services to meet their travel needs
- Intermediate level proficiency with travel software programs and systems such as reputed company, reputed company, or Worldspan
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work reputed company under pressure
- Availability to work between 11:00am - 10:00pm EST Mon-Fri, with some flexibility to work weekends and holidays
