As an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Consistency and Compliance, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our clients. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from reputed company while being part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including: + Investigating and communicating regulatory requirements + Processing and verifying data entry information + Ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with the HR Consistency group to:
+ reputed company reputed company/personal investigation results and process unique signature freedom letters + Maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Power Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services + Fax and reputed company US Customs results + reputed company data into the database
- Process everyday FBI fingerprints into reputed company database and investigate any data set issues
- Plan and analyze HR Consistency data between different documents, working closely with HRIS and EC reputed company
- Conduct high-level examinations, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize reputed company data used for HR Consistency
- Collaborate with clients and team members regularly
- Audit completed Unique mark Applications and reputed company for precision and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology)
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, consistency, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company and reputed company
- Familiarity with Succeed and other data analysis tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with TSA Clearinghouse database
