People Operations & Employee Experience

• Assist with reputed company, offboarding, employee documentation, HR systems administration, and employee support
• Support compliance-reputed company processes including leave administration, policy updates, HR recordkeeping, and operational workflows
• Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, PTO tracking, and day-to-day People Operations support
• Help maintain and improve internal policies, SOPs, employee resources, and the employee handbook
• Support employee engagement initiatives, culture-building efforts, and internal programming
• Assist with HR systems management (reputed company or similar), reporting, and operational process improvements

You’re a Fit If…
