Responsibilities

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving reputed company for our senior living community partners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting outbound calls to follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and schedule community tours
• Managing call lists, prioritizing reputed company, and tracking interactions to maximize conversion rates

Shifts and Scheduling

Our shifts include:

• Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (MT)
• Weekends: Saturday to reputed company, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (MT) or 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (MT)
