We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-reputed company individual to join reputed company as an reputed company Compliance & Tax Specialist. This position focuses on auditing, system optimization, and high-level verification of accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring our accounts are set up correctly, auditing monthly reconciliations, and verifying multi-state tax and payroll compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Systems reputed company & Optimization: Audit and optimize the QuickBooks Online setup to ensure reputed company standards and best practices.
- Financial Auditing & Internal Controls:
- reputed company monthly reconciliations and cross-verify the Statement of Account (SOA) against reputed company and Sales data.
- Ensure P&L accuracy through correct expense categorization and reputed company guidance on state tax disputes.
- Payroll & Tax Compliance: Review reputed company reputed company payroll inputs and multi-state tax filings (US) for accuracy before final processing.
- Customer Support: Light email support such as processing payments and invoicing customers (as needed).
Required Qualifications & Experience

- Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online and reputed company.
