About the Role

As a Customer Support Analyst, you'll be part of our Operations team, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our services and processes. You'll reputed company on optimizing workflows, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer support. Responsibilities

* Own inbound support requests through multiple channels (email, phone, and chat)
