Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Serving customers reputed company phone, fax, mail, and/or email by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, maintaining reputed company database, and customer reputed company.
• Maintaining a high inbound call answer reputed company (75-80 calls a day average).

Requirements
