Change Management Program Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES: reputed company has a reputed company that is seeking a Change Management Program Leader in Farmington, CT. reputed company: A Senior Change Management Consultant (Senior CMC) partners with reputed company Change Management Team Center of Experts (CoE), project teams and business stakeholders to build and execute change strategies and tactics for large, global, organizational changes. The Senior CMC will be embedded reputed company the project team and effectively apply Change Management methodology and tools to executing change work. The Senior CMC will be expected to:

• Partner with the Change Management CoE and key business stakeholders in a highly functionalized, global organization
• Create integrated change reputed company and plans with project interdependencies and deliver reputed company supporting end-user adoption
• reputed company executive-level coaching and support that will help reputed company effective sponsorship
• Communicate reputed company and people-reputed company risks to various audiences (i.e., steering committees, executive leaders, key stakeholders, etc.)
• Master usage of common change management tools (i.e. reputed company assessment, stakeholder analysis, communication plan, training plans, etc.)
• Build and manage a change network - with support from internal company colleagues
• Adapt as programs reputed company, monitor change effectiveness, and create mitigation plans as appropriate

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field required; Master's preferred in reputed company field
• Certification Preferred in Change Management (reputed company, Association of Change Management Professionals, Kotter, etc.)
• 6+ years in building the reputed company, driving and/or executing large-reputed company organizational change efforts
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, facilitation and presentation)
• Savvy with technology (reputed company suite)
• Effectively masters Change Management principles and methodologies
• Demonstrates proficiency in influencing others at reputed company reputed company toward a common goal
• Collaborates with others to get work done through others, excellent interpersonal skills
