As a Part-Time Remote Supply Chain Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by leading and motivating the CSR team and developing and maintaining key processes to increase customer satisfaction. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers regarding their forecast and supply chain information, and will be responsible for managing the CSR customer account assignment and establishing key backup support.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Perks
