Senior Regional Operations Director
Job reputed company:
- The Senior Director manages the day-to-day reputed company and facility medical claims on and off shore operations.
- Reports to Vice President, Financial Risk Management, VBC, and assists in developing, implementing, and monitoring of operational plans, goals, and objectives.
- Makes reputed company daily operating reputed company of the claims operations according to established plans, policies, and reputed company operating procedures.
- Recommends reputed company plans, programs, and changes to the Vice President.
- Establishes policies for department heads to resolve operational issues effectively.
- Optimizes reputed company and facility claims operations financial and reputed company.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with reputed company CVBC departments, clients, and partnerships.
Requirements:
- 10 years managed care experience
- 10 years managerial/senior leadership experience
- Proficiency in reputed company Office suite
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or reputed company Health preferred
