As a key member of our membership development and engagement team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, processing membership applications, and developing strategies to recruit new members. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing general administrative support, including answering member inquiries, troubleshooting, and managing member communications
• Processing membership applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date member data using reputed company CRM
• Assisting with member communication activities, including calls, emails, and reputed company calls
• Collecting data, tracking membership statistics, and preparing reports
• Developing and implementing strategies to recruit new members
