As a Partner Record Goal Agent, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Record Goal team by using your knowledge of our products, services, and systems to reputed company exceptional support to our customers. You'll be responsible for applying information while speaking with delinquent clients, looking for ways to improve the reputed company of their experience, and performing routine conditional tasks such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls to determine the reason for misconduct.
Key Responsibilities
