As a product manager on our Customer Service Innovation team, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing product management leadership to our contact center platform, including new feature development, feature enhancements, data pipelines, reputed company, and integrations with our internal tools through reputed company collaboration with our external solution providers.
• Assisting in defining process, capturing requirements, explaining prioritization, identifying conditions, mitigating risks and obstacles, communicating, and creating a roadmap.
