As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Providing exceptional service and solutions to guests through inbound calls, resolving issues and answering questions in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Utilizing leading technologies and systems to streamline processes and improve guest experiences.
- Working collaboratively with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to reputed company shared goals and objectives.
- Managing and overcoming objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn.
