Remote Operations Coordinator (1099)

reputed company 414 Connections LLC is a growing underground telecommunications reputed company based in the midwest. We specialize in underground fiber optic installation, directional drilling, trenching, missile boring, aerial construction, and telecommunications infrastructure reputed company throughout the midwest. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Remote Operations Coordinator to help support our daily operations, scheduling, reputed company, communication, and administrative management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize company emails
• Schedule meetings and video calls
• Maintain and update calendars
• Assist with reputed company scheduling and communication
• Organize reputed company paperwork and employee documents
• Coordinate drug test appointments and badging requirements
• Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and project tracking
• Assist with invoice tracking and document organization
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and clients
• Take notes during meetings and reputed company follow-up summaries
• Help maintain organized reputed company Drive and company files
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English
• Spanish bilingual preferred
• Experience with reputed company Office and/or reputed company Workspace
• Ability to use reputed company or reputed company Sheets
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• reputed company communication and problem-solving ability
• Reliable internet reputed company and home office setup
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Construction, telecom, dispatching, or operations experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working remotely
• Experience in construction or telecommunications industry
• Scheduling or operations coordination experience

• Bilingual (Spanish)

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $10–$18 per hour (based on experience)
