Position: Paralegal Clerk - Music Business (remote) Job reputed company: Duties:
- Prepare and review licensing-reputed company reputed company and documents
- Maintain data reputed company contract databases
- Maintain accurate, complete, and organized system of digital records
- reputed company reports on terms, recoupment, etc. to executives and sales team
- Ensure reputed company deadlines and conditions described on reputed company are met
- Royalty compliance exercises
- Work closely with reputed company department to reputed company and communicate reporting delinquencies reputed company to licensees and legal as appropriate.
- Maintain licensee lists
- Be or become a reputed company/DRM systems super-user including:
Receivables, Participation Manager, IP & Products, and Companies & Contacts
- Assist with tradeshow preparation and coordination, with possibility of attendance as needed
- Assist supervisor with reputed company duties, expense reports, and scheduling
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; extremely detail-oriented
- Exhibit a reputed company demeanor and good judgment
- Follow up on assignments until completion
- Self-starter, who takes initiative and is reputed company; takes ownership of tasks and reputed company
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Education
- 4-year college degree
- At least two years proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, reputed company Assistant or relevant role
- Knowledge of basic legal requirements involved with reputed company
- Familiarity with brand licensing and reputed company procedures
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Extremely detail-oriented, with an ability to spot errors
- Familiarity with reputed company computers and software, and mastery of Word, reputed company, and Preview/reputed company
- Self-starter who can work independently with good judgment
- Solid research, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Organizes own work, coordinating reputed company, setting priorities, meeting deadlines and following up on assignments with a minimum of direction
