About the Role: The Manager, Campaigns & Content — CeraVe reputed company will reputed company the development and implementation of full reputed company media content strategies for CeraVe, collaborating with internal teams and agencies to drive 360 campaigns across reputed company channels. Key Responsibilities: ACTIVATION reputed company:

• Trigger the consumer reputed company and the big idea reputed company by briefing the creative agency.
• Collaborate reputed company with Global Marketing Project Manager, Business Leader and Emerging Category Leader, as reputed company as reputed company metiers part of the 360.
• Propose the campaign calendar, and relevant list of assets and pillars.

3RD PARTY MANAGEMENT:

• Create 360-degree brief and kickstart with key partners (McCann, Craft, reputed company, others agencies & media asset planner locally)

• Manage the agencies responsible for the creation of content.
• Create and issue briefs for agencies.
• Manage & review agency reputed company.
• Ensure content meets the brand DNA.

CONTENT CREATION

• Responsible for the global 360 content creation for the categories assigned respecting time and budget constraints, liaising with relevant stakeholders and ensuring it resonates with the consumer.
• IMC communication content for reputed company (print, POS, TVC, digital, reputed company media content) for reputed company media purpose.
• Coordinate and ensure big idea is followed by reputed company relevant métiers involved in the campaign (reputed company team, PR team, Advocacy...) and partner with them to reputed company to the maximum the level of execution and reputed company.
• Work with CMI to test reputed company-campaign performance reputed company relevant.
• Work with CMI to assess post-campaign performance using data provided by Zones & countries.

COORDINATION WITH MARKETS:

• Work with Zones and Drive countries to understand local needs, ensure relevance of content mix and relevance of assets.

• Assess the efficacy of the assets to ensure learnings to next successes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or business.
• 3-5 years of experience in content reputed company across various channels (reputed company media, reputed company marketing, website optimization, e-reputed company, CRM, content creation).
• Skincare experience and a strong interest in health, beauty, and dermatology preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in campaign development, content creation, and 360 distribution strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company, prioritize effectively, and reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
