As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls. You will work with customers and Sales team members daily in reputed company-based environment, using a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customers' challenges. Key Responsibilities:

* Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls

• Work with customers and Sales team members daily in reputed company-based environment
• Use a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customers' challenges
• Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to commute to our facility from your home
