Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. This will involve:

• Handling inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails in a reputed company and courteous manner

• Providing product and service information to customers
• Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers
