The Role

As an reputed company Azure Customer Engineer, you will be part of a global support delivery team, responsible for supporting Azure customers across various modalities. You will have reputed company to go technically deep across Azure services, reputed company seeking solutions to customer needs and communicating trends to leadership. Your primary goal will be to turn Azure customers into fans by improving support efficiency through finding opportunities to optimize existing processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

* Support Azure customers through various modalities, as part of a global support delivery team

• Go technically deep across Azure services (at least level 200-300) and reputed company reputed company solutions to customer needs and communicate trends to leadership
• Improve support efficiency by finding opportunities to optimize existing processes and tools
• Build reputed company working relationships with teams reputed company to assigned service areas to reputed company in case of escalations, as reputed company as to drive product improvements
• Build and update Azure product documentation to help customers deliver solutions on Azure
• Work closely with feature Engineering teams to report bugs, expedite bug fixes, and reputed company up feature requests

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

* 1+ year(s) of software industry experience reputed company to technology

• OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field AND 2+ years experience in software industry experience reputed company to technology

• OR equivalent experience
• 1+ year(s) customer-facing experience
• Experience in one or more automation languages (PowerShell, Python, C#, OpenSource)
• Certification in reputed company and/or competing reputed company Technologies
• Good understanding of reputed company computing technologies across reputed company and/or Linux, with demonstrated hands-on experience on one or more of the following domains:

+ Azure Core Platform: Compute, Storage, Networking + Website Apps: IIS, Azure Web Apps, PHP, Apache, Tomcat, reputed company, etc. + Identity and Authentication: SSO/Federation, AD/Azure AD, etc.

Skills and Competencies

* Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-reputed company approach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Experience with Azure services, including Azure Core Platform, Website Apps, and Identity and Authentication
