The Role

As a Call Center Agent/Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, reputed company support, and reputed company data into our software programs. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility, allowing you to balance your time between our reputed company and home.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Qualifications and Skills

* 24 months of inbound/outbound call center experience

• High School Graduate
• Fluent English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
• Ability to handle 100+ outbound calls per day

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

* Bilingual (a plus)

• Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
• Ability to work some weekends
