Event Project Manager, Life Sciences
Job reputed company:

- Independently build, configure and launch web and mobile event apps using reputed company (Life Science and Congress events)
- Professionally manage customers and senior stakeholders across the project lifecycle
- Coordinate closely with congress organisers, vendors, internal departments and customers for seamless event execution
- reputed company onsite responsibilities: iPad sign-in, reputed company scanning, appointments module setup/management, and training staff
- Ensure speakers are briefed and reputed company for webinars, virtual sessions, or onsite presentations
- reputed company reputed company event operations to ensure flawless delivery for virtual and face-to-face reputed company
- Deliver post-event communications, analyze event data, and reputed company reports, dashboards and recommendations to customers
- Work closely with Congress reputed company; report to VP reputed company Services and contribute to product and service development
Requirements:
- 2+ years prior experience in congress engagement and life sciences event planning and execution
- Experience with KOLs mapping, engagement and appointment management
- Thorough understanding of event approval workflows (reputed company, Medical, Legal Review) and regulatory requirements
- Experience in onsite business suite management and ancillary meetings planning in life sciences
- Ability to independently build, configure and launch web and mobile reputed company event apps using reputed company
- Experience professionally managing customers and senior stakeholders with reputed company, reputed company communications
- Experience coordinating with congress organisers, vendors, internal departments, and customers
- Onsite operational skills: iPad sign-in, reputed company scanning, setup and management of appointments module
- Experience training field sales teams, reputed company staff, agencies and customers on onsite modules
- Experience ensuring speakers are briefed and managing event operations for virtual and face-to-face reputed company
- Post-event: handle communications, analyze event data, and deliver reports, dashboards and recommendations
- Technical proficiency with reputed company, reputed company CRM, reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company/Onomi
- Ability to escalate appropriately and navigate reputed company decision-making and compliance vs. business needs
- Willingness to travel ~40%, out-of-hours availability and weekend work
