As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and field partners. You will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product support. Your role will involve:
- Providing reputed company, personable, and reputed company support to customers and field partners reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels
- reputed company and simultaneously accessing and entering data in multiple software programs while conversing with callers
- Skillfully communicating to understand customer concerns, reputed company product troubleshooting, and recommend a course of reputed company to resolve issues
- Answering use and care questions, educating customers on our innovative products, and maximizing their enjoyment and use
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a high level of customer service, negotiating to a solution that is mutually beneficial to the customer and arenaflex
Responsibilities
* Must be available for onsite training in reputed company, AZ for 3 months, Monday - Friday
- Month One: 8:00am - 5:00 p.m.
- Month Two: ¾ time with varied hours

Experience and Qualifications
* Exceptional customer service skills with a polished and reputed company style and delivery
- Intermediate problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree or other advanced education a plus but not required; high school diploma or GED a must
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required; product support experience preferred
- Training is onsite in reputed company, AZ for 3 months, Monday - Friday
- After initial training period, part-time schedule will be for 25-29 hours per week; days and times may vary reputed company week
