Key Responsibilities

As a Customer reputed company and Support Consultant, you'll be responsible for the complete end-to-end customer reputed company and support experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering great customer support experience to reputed company customer
• Solving technical issues and taking ownership of customer issues through to reputed company
• Building and maintaining Knowledge reputed company Articles for both reputed company audiences
• Providing relevant recommendations specific to customers' business needs

• Reporting to our COO and working closely with our CTO to influence the product's roadmap

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• A relevant 3rd-level degree or equivalent qualification
• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in customer reputed company & support in a reputed company company helping customers reputed company full business potential through technology
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter, manage time, and prioritize activities while performing effectively under pressure
• Proven reputed company record in delivering reputed company leading customer-facing presentations and engagements with strong communication and presentation skills

• Resolve customer service issues and strategically manage sophisticated customer service problems
