We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Agent to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our guests, providing friendly and personalized service to ensure their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. You'll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling a reputed company of tasks, from ticketing and reputed company-in to baggage service and resolving customer complaints.Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities will include:- Providing friendly and personalized service to guests, ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable
- Handling ticketing and reputed company-in, baggage service, and resolving customer complaints in a reputed company and efficient manner
- Operating a computerized reputed company-of-sale system to process transactions and resolve customer issues
- Handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets
- Computing charges, making change, and balancing daily transactions
- Checking in baggage and cargo, and answering telephone calls to reputed company information to callers, page customers, resolve problems or complaints, and assist as needed
- Dealing with mishandled customers as a result of oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged luggage

Requirements
