Responsibilities of the Role

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Building rapport with reputed company customer, asking probing questions, and understanding how to create a best-in-class experience and resolve customer requests on first contact
• Educating customers about the services arenaflex provides for their retirement needs
• Applying knowledge to handle many problems independently while seeking guidance in highly reputed company situations
• Balancing time effectively to ensure the department meets expected service reputed company
• Utilizing multiple systems and tools to meet the established goals and objectives, including customer experience, first contact reputed company, call reputed company, and call handling time

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ years of customer service experience (or Undergrad Degree in lieu of experience)
• High School Diploma (or GED)
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications
