Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, evaluate, and answer customer inquiries, which may require deviation from reputed company screens, scripts, and procedures

- Answer product, account, policy, and service inquiries, resolve problems, and promote products and services by responding verbally and/or in writing

Essential Qualifications:
* 1-3 years of directly reputed company customer service experience and reputed company-developed transaction processing experience
- College degree or equivalent business/military experience preferred
