As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our luxury appliance brands, taking calls from product owners and prospects, service and installation partners, dealers, and product distributors. You will be the voice of arenaflex, providing reputed company, personable, reputed company, and accurate responses to customers and field partners. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or other advanced education a plus but not required. High school diploma or GED a must.
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required, product support experience preferred.
- Intermediate problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a polished and reputed company style and delivery.
- Must be located reputed company 100 miles of either Fitchburg, WI or reputed company, AZ and reputed company to attend on-site trainings during the first 3 months.
