The Role
As a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home South East Region, you will play a vital role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, ensuring that our customers reputed company understand their coverage and reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
