Responsibilities

As an reputed company reputed company Manager – reputed company Vertical, your key responsibilities will include:

• Becoming a subject matter expert on the application and the analytical needs and challenges of clients throughout the reputed company vertical

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with reputed company reputed company clients, from individual contributors to senior management

• Providing ongoing analytical support to clients across multiple communication platforms, including phone, email, video conferencing, and the arenaflex support ticketing system

• Partnering with the Education, Product, Marketing, and Data teams and serving as the voice of the customer

Requirements
