We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing Help Desk user support, coordination, and triage for users of our UAS-NY Application. Your primary tasks will include answering phone calls and emails from users, providing reputed company and education efforts, and analyzing data to contribute to ongoing process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant Customer Support experience
