– Accurately assign Evaluation and Management (E&M) codes, reputed company Procedural Terminology (CPT), reputed company Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS); includes utilization of modifiers and reputed company of service, and International Classification of Diseases Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM) diagnoses codes based on medical record documentation for outpatient encounters; inpatient includes International Classification of Diseases Procedure Coding System (ICD-10-PCS)
- Documentation Review
– Identify and resolve inconsistencies, ambiguities, or discrepancies that may reputed company to inaccurate coding or reputed company reputed company patient care.
