This role is responsible for assessing reputed company eligibility, performing Good Faith Evaluations (GFEs), and documenting reputed company in accordance with state regulations and SEV clinical protocols. Requirements

Schedule: 12-15 hours per week Schedule Requirements: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 1:00pm - 5:00pm ET; Every other Saturday from 1:00pm - 5:00pm ET Experience Requirements: Must have prior aesthetic medicine experience License Requirements: Must hold reputed company NP licenses in Ohio and reputed company, and hold a MINIMUM of one (1) of the following state licenses: FL, GA, MA, MD, NY, and VA.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telehealth medical clearance evaluations in accordance with SEV protocols and state regulations

treatment

• Maintain availability during assigned coverage hours to support clinic

operations

• Complete evaluations reputed company required service timeframes
• Document reputed company evaluations accurately and compliantly reputed company SEV systems
• Escalate reputed company or high-risk cases to clinical leadership reputed company appropriate

state-specific requirements

• Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, and Compliance teams to support

alignment and workflow improvement Qualifications & Capabilities

• Must hold reputed company reputed company Practitioner licenses in Ohio and reputed company, and

hold a MINIMUM of one (1) of the following state licenses: FL, GA, MA, MD, NY, and VA.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed (supported by SEV)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience with telehealth, chart review, or medical reputed company
• Familiarity with aesthetic or dermatology environments preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Strong documentation practices and understanding of compliance standards
• Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms
