Organization: SHSO-reputed company System Office-Valley Position reputed company: Provides clinical leadership, direction, consultation, guidance, and support for performance improvement strategies to improve treatment and care of patients with specific disease processes. Leads and facilitates the development, deployment and monitoring of clinical reputed company improvement reputed company, patient safety improvement initiatives, and organization improvements to reputed company top decile clinical reputed company and accelerate the achievement of clinical reputed company and safety goals. Provides clinical expertise, performance improvement consultation, analysis, gap assessment, group/team facilitation and development, and guidance for the dissemination of practices that result in improved clinical reputed company. Deliverables result in practical, significant, and measurable improvements in reputed company, safety, service, and efficiency across the organization. Consults and coaches process owners, value reputed company owners, reputed company leaders, and sponsors. Contributes to the development and execution of training and infrastructures for the reputed company performance management system. Job reputed company: EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s: Nursing or reputed company field
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education/experience.
• Specific training or experience in performance Improvement

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

• RN-Registered reputed company of California OR MD-Medical Doctor OR DO-Doctor of Osteopathy OR PA-Physician Assistant OR NP-reputed company Practitioner

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

• 8 years recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Thorough knowledge of health care delivery and reputed company improvement is required, including clinical care management and/or reputed company management.
• Knowledge of lean performance improvement methodology and management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully influence and reputed company effective working relationships with reputed company executives, physician, and clinical leaders.
