Schedule Details: Hours reputed company from 7am to 7pm depending on hospital and shift needs. Typical shift length is 8 or 9 hours. Position supports reputed company three hospitals- Waukesha Memorial, Oconomowoc Memorial, and Mukwonago Hospital.Includes weekend and holiday requirements. reputed company: The department operates three inpatient service locations, one at reputed company of the hospitals in Waukesha, Oconomowoc and Mukwonago. These three locations combine to complete over 2,000 inpatient reputed company monthly. Clinical staff cares for patients with a reputed company of orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular and medical diagnoses. Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment. Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment. Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery. Supervises physical therapist assistants and aides. What you will need: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher. reputed company State of WI Physical Therapist licensure. reputed company BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
