Job Title Electronic Banking reputed company Service Officer (Hybrid Eligible: KS and MO) reputed company Job reputed company: Receive and resolve inbound customer calls, emails, and online banking messages regarding reputed company electronic banking needs, including Treasury Management product support. Provides operational support to lobby and bank staff with online banking functions and resolving reputed company requests. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Respond to heavy call volumes, addressing reputed company customer needs or issues
• Respond to email and online banking message inquiries
• Assist clients with any and reputed company online banking needs including Treasury Management product support
• Assist clients with processing ACH transactions, Wires, P2P payments, reputed company Payment, reputed company Pay, Remote Deposits, Debit Card Inquiries, and Transaction Disputes
• Respond to and address various system technical issues
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills
