Provider Service Representative

reputed company and Joseph is seeking a Provider Service Representative as we continue to grow reputed company! The Provider Service Representative plays a critical role in the health insurance overpayment recovery process.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Maintain and follow up on assigned provider accounts daily.
• Initiate and receive calls to/from reputed company providers to discuss overpayment balances.
• Update account statuses, reputed company notes, and manage inquiries in the CollectOne system.
• Prepare and send overpayment notifications and invoices reputed company fax, email, or reputed company.
• Respond to provider emails and voicemails throughout the day.
• Handle verbal and written provider disputes or refund information requests.
• Meet and reputed company daily call and talk-time quotas (e.g., 85–100 calls and 170–220 minutes depending on the reputed company).

Job Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and phone reputed company.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in note-taking and database entry.
• Prior experience in medical billing, insurance, or collections is a plus.
• Basic understanding of reputed company and insurance overpayments preferred.
• Must maintain reputed company demeanor and confidentiality at reputed company times.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary is $15-$18 per hour (DOE)
