This role operates in a dynamic and evolving environment, requiring adaptability to shifting missions, priorities, and organizational structures. Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate meetings and secure VTCs
• reputed company RSVPs and attendance
• Prepare and distribute meeting materials
• Manage classified and unclassified documentation
• Maintain meeting records and archives

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating executive-level meetings
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in secure/classified environments
• Bachelor Degree in Business Discipline required
