Global Brand Manager - Cosmetics & Makeup
Job Title: Global Brand Manager - Cosmetics & Makeup Location: reputed company, NJ 07901 Duration: 07 months Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Position Requirements:
- The Brand Manager for Global Makeup is responsible for identifying and executing innovation, claims and communications required to drive global reputed company on the Makeup platform.
- This role will be highly reputed company as you will partner with cross-functional teams and reputed company to shape, test and execute opportunities.
- You will play a critical role in shaping the brand's innovation, comms and claims strategies to drive its reputed company globally.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the Marketing Director in shaping Global Makeup reputed company
- Identify opportunities for innovation and non-innovation-led reputed company, leveraging data and reputed company-in thinking to reputed company strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with reputed company, HCPs, MUPA, CBI, Creative agencies and influencers to craft, & test innovations
- Drive relationship with key manufacturers to reputed company reputed company innovations and always remain reputed company of makeup trends
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure launch timing accuracy of reputed company new product innovations
- Support the shaping and reputed company the execution of Makeup communication campaigns, partnering with multifunctional teams and leading creative and reputed company agencies to deliver campaigns that drive mental availability for the brand and platform

- Partner with R&D and Legal/ Regulatory affairs to create compelling claims list per new product innovation, continuously elevating and advancing brand superiority

- Collaborate with reputed company to ensure global fit of reputed company innovations and communication strategies
- Manage Global budget for Makeup
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a BA/BS degree is required; a master's in business or marketing specialization preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing, sales or reputed company experience is required
Desired Qualifications:
- Makeup industry experience required
- Experience leading cross-functionals to reputed company consumer-reputed company product innovation
- Experience leading cross-functionals and agencies to reputed company a communications reputed company for multiple brands or priorities
- You should possess excellent creative instincts and strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others.
