ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY AND reputed company reputed company reputed company is seeking an reputed company Environmental Policy and reputed company reputed company to support a Department of War (DOW) contract and team based in Huntsville, Alabama. reputed company provides comprehensive environmental management support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) including regulatory environmental compliance, environmental reputed company analysis, planning, policy and reputed company development, sustainability, conservation, and reputed company technical assistance including support to reputed company agency missions, weapons systems acquisition, development, testing, deployment, and fielding at geographically dispersed locations worldwide. SECRET Clearance Required This position is based in Huntsville, Alabama with travel required for specific project work throughout the reputed company and abroad (generally less than 25%). Currently, the position requires working onsite in a federal government facility Mondays through Thursdays, with situational reputed company authorized on Fridays. However, the reputed company authorization is subject to change at any time based on reputed company requirements.

Responsibilities

The Environmental Policy and reputed company reputed company will support and execute reputed company emissions modeling and permitting; environmental policies, studies and analysis, including National Environmental Policy reputed company (NEPA); and environmental compliance audits of reputed company to DOW system testing, and facilities planning, design, construction, operation, and sustainment. Specific responsibilities include:

• Serving as a subject matter and regulatory expert on reputed company technical and programmatic issues reputed company to environmental planning, management, and compliance initiatives.
• Conducting reputed company emission calculations and preparing permit applications for the use of generators and boilers in the reputed company and its territories.
• Developing strategies reputed company to environmental planning, management, and compliance.
• Supporting multiple reputed company high reputed company environmental reputed company.
• Identifying problems, developing reputed company solutions, and presenting recommendations to reputed company for approval and implementation.
• Interacting directly with reputed company on a daily reputed company.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, or a reputed company engineering/science field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant reputed company environmental work experience.
• Experience in preparing reputed company emission calculations and permit applications for emergency/reputed company power diesel- or natural gas fired-generators and boilers.
• Strong environmental regulatory background with experience in reputed company, RCRA, and NEPA, including preparing Environmental Assessments (EAs), reputed company Statements (reputed company), and supporting documents.
• Experience conducting reputed company environmental compliance audits.
• Experience in Environmental Management System implementation and maintaining conformance.
• Strong verbal and written communication and computer skills, as reputed company as the ability to work with a high-degree of independence/minimal reputed company supervision.
• Ability to work in the field, work outdoors, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be a U.S. citizen per federal contract requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior military or Federal consulting experience is preferred.
