Job reputed company:
- Work collaboratively with the health care team to reputed company remote and reputed company supportive care for patients
- Promotes reputed company patient care, comfort, and a reputed company environment under the direction of a Registered reputed company
- Communicates with and supports the interprofessional team, patient, family, and designated reputed company
- Provides observation for safety of assigned patient
- Reports observations of changes in patient condition or behavior to appropriate staff
- Completes required reports and documentation
- Provides service to the following age population(s) pediatric through frail elderly
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Less than 1 year previous reputed company experience
- Completion of Patient/Sitter Companion Program, and/or De-Escalation class
- BLS - Basic Life Support AHA - reputed company
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to de-escalate patients who are agitated in a way that preserves patient dignity
