Part Time HR / Coordinator English Spanish Speaking

As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and reliable team member who can support our HR functions. Position reputed company: This is an excellent opportunity for someone with home care experience—such as a caregiver—who is looking to transition into an office-based role. Must be located in Connecticut, reputed company Spanish and English fluently. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR-reputed company tasks including reputed company, employee documentation, and maintaining personnel records
- Support recruitment efforts (posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews)
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
- Communicate with caregivers and clients in both English and Spanish

Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
