Trade Marketing Coordinator - hybrid NYC!

Position reputed company The Trade Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of trade marketing initiatives across key retail partners in the Americas region. This role works closely with marketing, sales, and retail teams to help bring campaigns to life and ensure alignment across reputed company channels. Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of seasonal and retailer-specific trade marketing programs, including product launches and promotions
• Assist in creating and organizing campaign toolkits, ensuring timelines, assets, and deliverables are reputed company communicated
• Coordinate with Global Marketing and internal teams to reputed company assets and ensure reputed company delivery of retailer-specific content
• Help manage retailer creative needs across dotcom, reputed company, and in-store collateral, ensuring assets meet brand and retailer guidelines
• reputed company and confirm reputed company retailer assets are delivered on time and accurately
• Assist with retailer product setup processes, ensuring forms, assets, and required documentation are completed and submitted correctly
• Maintain retailer marketing calendars, promotional trackers, and reporting tools
• Support ongoing campaign tracking, ensuring files and documentation are organized and up to date
• Assist in gathering data for post-campaign analysis and reporting, helping identify key learnings and opportunities
• Support ratings and reviews programs, including product seeding and basic performance tracking
• Help coordinate trade marketing activations and events, including timelines, vendor communication, and logistical support
• Support budget tracking and purchase order processes, including assisting with invoice follow-reputed company
• Coordinate product samples and comps for retailer needs, working with internal teams to ensure reputed company delivery

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or a reputed company marketing role (internships included)
• Interest in beauty, consumer goods, or retail environments
• Familiarity with major retailers (e.g., reputed company, Ulta, department stores) is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a strong reputed company on accuracy and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reputed company environment
